• He previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of DRB-Hicom Berhad from 2016 to 2022, where he oversaw the group’s property development, hospitality and concession businesses, in addition to driving several key strategic initiatives. His experience also extends to a board role at Proton Holdings Berhad from 2017 to 2021, where he contributed to Proton’s strategic growth and transformation initiatives.
• He began his career in the corporate and financial advisory field before joining Pernas International Holdings Berhad (now renamed Tradewinds Corporation Berhad) in 2003 where he rose to become Group Chief Financial Officer.
• He later served as the Chief Executive Officer of Tradewinds Hotels and Resorts Sdn. Bhd. from 2005 to 2008, and subsequently led the then publicly listed Tradewinds Corporation Berhad through its transformational phases as the Group Chief Executive Officer from 2008 to 2015.

• Datuk Amran Hafiz Affifudin was appointed to the Board of UEM Group Berhad (“UEM”) on 15 April 2022 and re-designated as Chairman on 1 January 2023. He was subsequently re-designated and appointed as the Managing Director on 1 August 2024.
• Datuk Amran was previously the Executive Director and Head of Asset Development Group, overseeing Khazanah Nasional Berhad ("Khazanah")'s Malaysian Investments. Prior to this, Datuk Amran, who has over 27 years of experience, was responsible for Khazanah's investments in various sectors including Energy, Iskandar, Leisure & Tourism, Infrastructure, Power, Agrifood, Indonesia and Sustainable Development.

• She began her career with Shell in Malaysia in 1982 and served for 25 years with the first half focusing on Information Technology software application and the second half in Human Resources (HR), where her last position was as one of the global job evaluation advisors, being part of a global team in Shell Group HR serving regional businesses.
• She joined Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) as General Manager, Leadership Development & Talent Management in Group HR in 2007.
• Upon the demerger of TM Group in early 2008, she was appointed as Head, Group HR of Axiata Group Berhad (Axiata). Following the split of Axiata’s HR function into Talent Management and HR in 2011, she was appointed as the Group Chief Talent Officer of Axiata, focusing on Talent Management across the group, including being responsible for its highly successful flagship Corporate Social Responsibility programme, the Axiata Young Talent Programme that builds young talents into future CEOs of the nation.
• In March 2020, she retired from Axiata as Group Chief of Axiata Learning, a position she assumed in 2019 which focused on a sustained, modern, agile and digital way of capability building for the Axiata Group, through the setup of a Group-wide Applied University.
• She continued to be responsible for the Axiata Young Talent Programme even after retirement by being subsequently appointed as the CEO of Axiata Foundation, a non-profit organisation whose main focus is to oversee the programme, a position she held until May 2021.

• He joined TRX City Sdn. Bhd. (TRX) since 2011 and is currently the Group CEO of TRX overseeing the development of Tun Razak Exchange as the International Financial Centre of Malaysia as well as Bandar Malaysia, envisioned to be Malaysia’s International Business Hub. Under Bandar Malaysia, he has completed the development of the new facilities for the Air Force, Army and Police Air Wing costing close to RM3 billion in 8 different locations.
• He is also a director of TRX’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Bandar Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., a real estate company that develops multi-asset real estate property.
• He is a director on the Board of Lifestyle Quarter Joint Venture companies, Lembaga Tabung Amanah Melaka, Straits of Melaka Waterfront Economic Zone and Southern Catalyst Sdn. Bhd. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Mega Legacy (M) Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of UEM Sunrise Berhad.

• Eric Chan Kok Leong brings with him over 25 years of experience across property development, corporate finance and investment banking. He was a key member of the senior management team at Eastern & Oriental Berhad (E&O) for 15 years, where he played a pivotal role in transforming the group into a premier lifestyle property developer.
• During his tenure as Deputy Managing Director, E&O’s market capitalisation grew significantly, supported by successful landmark developments such as Dua Residency, Idamansara and the Seri Tanjung Pinang reclamation project in Penang.
• He oversaw operations across property development, hospitality, F&B and investment, while also expanding E&O’s lifestyle portfolio through enhancement of the Eastern & Oriental Hotel in Penang, launch of E&O Residences in Kuala Lumpur and operations of Lone Pine Hotel. He has also spearheaded strategic collaborations with leading regional and international partners, including Khazanah Nasional, Temasek, Sime Darby and Mitsui Fudosan, underscoring his ability to forge impactful partnerships.
• Before his career in real estate, Eric Chan gained valuable experience in corporate finance and investment banking with BNP Paribas and RHB Sakura, as well as with Danaharta, where he contributed to the restructuring of distressed assets during the Asian financial crisis.
• Eric Chan is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA in International Business from ISG, France, where he graduated as Valedictorian. He continues to invest in lifelong learning, including recent work in blockchain applications at Oxford University and mentoring in AI-driven property valuation.

She then moved into corporate practice, serving as Legal Manager of Sime Darby Berhad from 2000 to 2004, and subsequently in 2007 as Head of Legal Department at Putrajaya Holdings Sdn. Bhd.
• In 2011, she joined CapitaLand Malaysia Group, where she oversaw the group’s legal, secretarial, compliance and risk management functions, and served as the Compliance Officer for its real estate investment trust listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, a role she held until 2021. From January 2023 to January 2024, she served as Vice President of the Legal, Secretariat, Compliance & Risk Management Department.
