Trésor Rebate (TR)
You are entitled to a rebate of up to 5% for each subsequent direct purchase of a UEM Sunrise property.
Trésor Prime Referral (TPR)
You will be entitled to a referral fee of up to 1% when you introduce a new purchaser to UEM Sunrise properties.
Family Extension Rebate (FER)
Your immediate family members are also entitled to a Trésor Rebate of 1% when they purchase a UEM Sunrise property directly from us.

What is the Trésor Loyalty Programme all about?
Trésor is our way of saying thank you to customers who have purchased property directly from UEM Sunrise (from 1 January 2005 onwards). As a Trésorian, you’ll get access to exclusive perks, privileges, and experiences curated by us and our lifestyle partners.
Who can join Trésor, and how?
If you’ve bought a property directly from UEM Sunrise, congrats, you’re in. Membership is automatic and completely free. Your Trésor membership will be activated once you’ve signed your Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) and paid the 10% downpayment in full.
Note: Properties bought via sub-sale don’t qualify for Trésor.
What are the different membership tiers?
We’ve created tier levels based on your total property purchases with us. Think of it as your Trésor status. More homes, more perks.

Can I transfer my membership to someone else?
Trésor membership is personal and non-transferable, even to your nearest and dearest.
We’re a married couple with separate UEM Sunrise properties — can we combine our purchases to move up a tier?
We love a power couple, but membership status is calculated individually. Combining purchase values (even as spouses) isn’t allowed, as rebates are based on each person’s individual purchases.
If I buy two more properties at once, how does my Trésor Rebate (TR) work?
Your TR applies to your second and all future property purchases with us. Each unit will get a rebate based on your current total purchase value with UEM Sunrise.
I’m buying a RM2.5mil property for my three children under their names. Can I use my Family Extension Rebate (FER)?
Yes. Your children are entitled to 1% FER as your immediate family members. Each of your children named in the SPA will also become Trésorians based on the value of that property. However, this purchase won’t be added to your own membership total.
Immediate family includes: spouse, children (biological or legally adopted), siblings, and parents. We may need supporting documents like a birth or marriage certificate.
Can I use FER for my son-in-law, daughter-in-law, or grandparents?
FER applies only to immediate family members; in-laws and extended relatives are not eligible.
I’m a Black Tier Trésorian with 8 children — can each of them use my FER to buy different properties?
Yes. As long as they’re each buying separate units and are not yet Trésorians. FER can only be used for one person per property.
When do I get my TPR referral reward?
Once the person you referred signs their SPA and completes the required downpayment (or full payment for completed units), your reward will be paid out via cheque or bank transfer.
